The frog rescue begins and Planet Bonehead's heroes are off to ensure a healthy “future for frogs.”Kids learn the importance of frogs and toads to healthy ecosystems and to human health as well. The adaptations of these incredible amphibians to their environment is showcased through brilliant photography and video of endangered frog species, narrated by Planet Bonehead's original animated characters.An up-to-the-minute "Newsflash" focuses on the chytrid fungus, devastation of amphibian species worldwide, and the scientist heroes who are working hard to battle the fungus and save all amphibians. Pointy bat ears and Giant bat wings Those wings are their hands They use them to fly The ears hear the echo off The insects flying by It's called Echo (echo) Echo (echo) Echolocation They use it to find food And find each other And keep from banging into trees They scream one after another And it bounces right back A little different from you and me That's how they call all those mosqui----toes What is that? These educational programs will be used in classrooms across the United States and Canada to teach kids about the issues affecting our environment, and to show them that they have the power to make change right now.The theme of season 3 is "We Are All Connected." Each episode will spotlight a different environmental cause or issue, showcase a dedicated organization that is working to solve it, connect the dots to show how each issue affects the entire planet including humans, and show kids things they can do today to help out.Join us as we embark on this remarkable journey.
