Walking together in honesty means that we are willing, but not eager, to help others see their sin - AFTER we have dealt with our own sins.

Fasting is not the end goal, God is. Fasting increases our sense of humility, opens time to pray, exercises spiritual muscles, turns us to the unseen, and shows us our idols.
